By purchasing or utilizing any goods and services provided by Novyx Scripts, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to comply with this Terms of Service Agreement. If you do not agree to any of the terms outlined, you are prohibited from purchasing or using our products or services.

These terms can and will be amended at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review updates. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

All scripts are licensed for FiveM use only. You may not use across multiple servers unless owned by yourself or stated otherwise.

4. Support & Protection

Support is provided at our discretion.

We may assist with installation and bug fixes.

We are not obligated to provide custom development, modify scripts for your server, or resolve third-party conflicts.

4.2 Protection & Enforcement

Products may include license systems, server/IP authentication, and anti-tamper mechanisms.

Attempts to bypass result in immediate license termination and permanent blacklist.

5. Commissions, Liability & Final Terms

5.1 Commissions

For commissioned work, Novyx Scripts retains code ownership unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to reuse or resell commissioned work and offer similar functionality to others. Exclusive or resale rights are available separately at additional cost.

5.2 Liability

Novyx Scripts is not responsible for server issues or crashes, data loss, script conflicts, or product misuse.

5.3 Final Terms

Novyx Scripts reserves the right to revoke licenses, deny support, and ban or blacklist users at any time, for any reason, especially for ToS violations.
